People often fear what they don't understand

Dreams

What are dreams? Are they just random images our mind plays back while it rests, or is there more meanings to our subconscious thoughts?

I have dreams about my Grandmother that has passed, some dreams are just dreams that don’t really feel like something special, but then I have dreams about her were I’m like “Wow, You’re really here!” and feels sooo really, like I’m awake. Those are called psychic dreams.

It’s like the movies Sixth Sense. They can communicate with us by visiting with us while we are dreaming. I also believe sometimes when we dream we are on an astral plain and it’s a meeting ground in-between world.

To me dreams are real experiences, if they make you feel and think and stick in your memory they are just as what you did yesterday.

Some cultures believe when you sleep you live another life.

I converse with my dead father in my dreams quite frequently. Sure, maybe it's my subconscious but they seem so real. He knows he's dead and he asks me about my mother a lot and about my kids. Maybe it's wishful thinking but I like to believe it's a mental connection we have since we were always close. In fact, the week after he died I dreamed that he walked up to me and asked 'what happened?' and I told him he died and he burst out crying, but I said 'it's okay Dad' and he said he had to go, and walked away. :(
